What we collect. If you submit a form we store the details you enter (name, email, phone, and your estate situation), the page you were on, and campaign parameters from the link you clicked (for example utm_source or gclid). If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, Google and Meta may set cookies and receive page-view and conversion events under their own privacy policies.

How we use it. To send you the checklist you requested, to follow up about selling an inherited home, and to measure which advertising brings people here. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it. Our brokerage, our scheduling and email providers, and our advertising platforms as described above. Contractors, attorneys, or organizers only receive your information after you ask us to introduce you.

Your choices. Reply “stop” to any text or click unsubscribe in any email. To have your information deleted, email the address in the footer.
